Terms of Service and Non-Disclosure Agreement for Tradeline Orders
Version 2026-10-28.2
These legally binding Terms of Service ("Agreement") and Non-Disclosure Agreement ("NDA") establish a legally enforceable relationship between LendAppeal ("Company," "We," or "Us"), operator of the LendAppeal website (the "Marketplace"), and the customer ("User," "Customer," or "Client") who engages in the purchase of tradeline services through the Marketplace.
By placing an order and accessing or utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, including the obligations of the NDA.
If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement or the NDA, it is imperative that you refrain from proceeding with the order.
1. Order Placement and Information Accuracy
1.1. Once an order is placed, it is explicitly understood that no changes can be made to the submitted information. The User bears sole responsibility for ensuring that all information provided during the ordering process is accurate, complete, and up to date.
1.2. The User acknowledges and agrees that the information provided for the tradeline must precisely correspond to the information contained in their credit reports.
1.3. A single Marketplace order may contain several products and quantities. These Terms apply to every item in the order, and the information you submit will be used for every item in that order.
2. Guarantee and Limitations
2.1. We do not guarantee any specific credit approvals, score increases, or "boosts."
2.2. Tradelines are solely for reporting purposes, and the User acknowledges that they will not have access to the credit line or receive a physical card for use.
2.3. In the case of purchasing an American Express (Amex) Tradeline, it is clearly understood that Amex does not report credit history and will appear as a new line of credit.
2.4. In the case there is an issue with the line, we replace it with one of equal or lesser value. This is done at our discretion.
3. Reporting and Posting
3.1. Orders must be placed at least 3 business days before the statement date to be included in the same credit cycle reporting.
3.2. Orders placed within 1-2 business days of, or after, the statement date will be included in the following credit cycle.
3.3. Tradelines typically take 1-15 business days to post after the statement date, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
3.4. While most Tradelines report to all three credit bureaus, we cannot guarantee posting to all three bureaus as it depends on individual credit files.
3.5. The Tradeline's utilization rating will be kept under 30% during the term of the line.
4. Fraud Alerts and Credit Freezes
4.1. If the User has an active fraud alert or credit freeze on their credit report, it must be removed before purchasing, as it may result in non-posting or delayed posting.
4.2. Failure to remove the fraud alert or credit freeze will render the User ineligible for a refund, even if a warranty was included.
4.3. If you have an active negative account with the same bank as your Tradeline, your line will most likely not post, and you will need to remove the negative account. We will not be responsible for non-posting due to this, even if a warranty was purchased.
5. Warranty and Non-Posting Issues
5.1. A Tradeline will be replaced or refunded only if we cannot provide a screenshot as proof of the authorized user's addition to the account, or if a warranty is purchased or included.
5.2. We can provide proof of the authorized user's addition and instructions to facilitate posting.
5.3. If troubleshooting steps are completed and the Tradeline still does not post, we cannot provide further assistance unless a warranty was purchased or provided.
5.4. Non-posting issues must be communicated via email, and a 3-bureau credit monitoring report must be submitted for verification. Social media inquiries or free single-bureau app screenshots will not be accepted for non-posting claims.
6. Support and Communication
6.1. Any questions or inquiries about the order must be directed to our support team via email at longwealthington@gmail.com. Questions on social media platforms, messaging apps, or Telegram regarding the order will not be answered.
7. Warranty Coverage and Limitations
7.1. The warranty covers a single replacement per Tradeline purchase. If multiple Tradelines are purchased, a separate warranty must be purchased for each line.
7.2. The warranty applies to both profiles and real credit profiles.
8. All Sales Are Final; No Refunds
8.1. The User explicitly acknowledges and agrees that all sales of tradeline services are final, and no refunds shall be provided unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Agreement.
8.2. Upon payment for tradeline services, the User understands and accepts that such payment is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-posting, dissatisfaction with results, or changes in personal circumstances, except as expressly provided in Section 5 and to the extent a refund is required by applicable law.
8.3. By proceeding with an order, you explicitly acknowledge and accept that all sales are final and comprehensively understand that no refunds shall be issued except as stated in this Agreement.
9. Discretion of LendAppeal
9.1. Anything not explicitly covered under these Terms of Service shall be subject to the sole discretion of LendAppeal, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
10.1. The User acknowledges that during the course of utilizing our services, they may have access to confidential and proprietary information of LendAppeal, including but not limited to business strategies, financial information, customer data, supplier and card-issuer relationships, and trade secrets ("Confidential Information").
10.2. The User agrees to maintain the utmost confidentiality and agrees not to disclose, distribute, or share any of the Confidential Information with any third party (this includes social media sites) without the prior written consent of LendAppeal.
10.3. The obligations of confidentiality shall remain in effect indefinitely and survive the termination of this Agreement.
10.4. This NDA does not apply to information that (a) was already in the public domain at the time of disclosure, (b) becomes publicly available through no fault of the User, or (c) is required to be disclosed by law.
10.5. Any breach of the NDA may result in legal action and remedies available under applicable laws.
11. Consent to Collection, Use, and Transmission of Personal Information
11.1. To fulfill an order, we must collect personal information from you, including your full name, phone number, email address, the address that appears on your credit file, and your full Social Security number ("Personal Information"). Card issuers and credit bureaus require this information to add you as an authorized user and to match the account to your credit file.
11.2. By signing these Terms and submitting the order form, you expressly consent to LendAppeal collecting, storing, using, and transmitting your Personal Information, including your full Social Security number, for the sole purposes of (a) processing and fulfilling your order, (b) communicating with you about your order, including emailing you an invoice, (c) verifying your identity and preventing fraud, and (d) complying with legal obligations.
11.3. You acknowledge and agree that your Personal Information, together with your order details, electronic signature, and the date and time of submission, will be transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connection to our servers and delivered by email to our order-processing mailbox, and may be shared with card issuers, primary account holders, and service providers strictly as needed to fulfill your order.
11.4. We do not sell your Personal Information. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Personal Information by emailing longwealthington@gmail.com, subject to records we are legally required to keep. Withdrawing consent before an order is fulfilled will prevent us from completing that order.
11.5. You represent that all Personal Information you provide is your own, is accurate, and is submitted by you voluntarily. You agree not to use any product purchased through the Marketplace to misrepresent your credit history or financial condition to any lender, landlord, or other party, and to answer truthfully any application question about your accounts.
12. Electronic Signature and Records
12.1. You agree that the name you type and the signature you draw on the Marketplace constitute your legally binding electronic signature under the U.S. federal ESIGN Act and applicable state law, with the same effect as a handwritten signature.
12.2. You agree that we may keep an electronic record of this signed Agreement, including the date and time of signature and the version of these Terms that you viewed, and that such record is admissible as evidence of your agreement.
13. General
13.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which LendAppeal is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
By proceeding with an order, you further confirm that you have read, comprehended, and irrevocably agreed to comply with all the terms and conditions delineated in this legally binding Agreement and NDA.
